Administrating users and licence descriptions

Please note that when adding trainers the trainers need to be added by using the same email address that was given when adding them into the system (NB! Ask the trainers for their system ID)

Users page:

Under "Users" you can administrate your organisations users by

Editing the info of an existing user:

  1. Click the users name.
  2. By clicking "Edit" you'll be able to edit the info.
  3. By clicking "Save" you'll save your changes..

Creating a new user:

  1. Click "New user" from the top right-hand corner.

General

  1. Insert an email address for the new user
  2. Click the "magnifying glass"
  3. In case the user exists already the system will inform you of this - otherwise just continue forward

Insert 

  • First name
  • Last name

User roles
Choose the correct role for the new user.

Below you'll find the descriptions for different user roles

User role descriptions:

Secretary

  • You can create new events by using the ready-to-use templates
  • You can assign e-learning courses to people doing combination courses.
  • You'll be able to see all the new achievements in your organisation.
  • You'll see your organisations training events that are visible in the web
  • You'll be able to create new training locations.
  • You'll be able to add new trainers under your organisation and assign them for training events.
  • You'll see all different training templates available to your organisation.
  • You'll be able to edit your own profile.

Trainer

  • You'll see all the training events assigned to you.
  • You'll be able to add participant information for your events.
  • You'll be able to download training materials.
  • You'll be able to edit your own profile.
