This guide walks through the what the Actions tab contains and what kind of data it can be used to filter.
The Actions tab allows you to get an overview of the status of tasks in your organization and to view the status of tasks for the desired levels. There are two graphs on the tab that allow you to do this. The graphs are colored based on the status of the tasks. On this tab, the task states are visualized in the same way as on the Tasks tab:
- Green - the task is closed.
- Yellow - the task is open, and the deadline has not yet passed.
- Red - the task is open, and the deadline has been passed.
The tab graphs are described below.
1. Tasks- graph
The first Tasks graph displays the tasks of the selected levels in a bar chart, level by level. The total number of tasks in a specific level is displayed on top of the level bar. Each block shows the number of tasks in its status in that level.
2. Tasks- graph
This tasks graph brings the tasks according to the selected filters into a pie chart, where you can view an overview of the task statuses at the top level.
Printing/saving graphs
From Analytics, you can get the graphs out via the three lines in the top right corner of the graph. A drop-down menu opens to open the graph in a new window or save it in a format of your choice.
