This guide will go through the documents tab and what kind of data it can be used to filter.
The Documents tab, as its name suggests, is designed for viewing completed documents at the top level. The tab displays the number of documents, the amount of documents by site and the amount of documents by time. For a more detailed look at the filled documents, please see the Categories tab.
Below you will find the descriptions of this tab. It is good to note that the content of the graphs can be affected by the choice of filters, only the basic level of graph data has been explained.
Amount of documents
The first graph on the tab lists all documents for the selected period in the specified level. If any of the tool options are set in the Select template filter, the number of fillings of the selected tools will be displayed in the graph. Other filters can also be used to set criteria for documents to be included in the analytics.
From the graph, pressing on a sector of a particular tool will select that tool as the template for filtering.
Amount of documents by site
The following chart shows the requested documents by site. The horizontal axis shows the sites and the vertical axis the number of documents, the total number of documents for a site is shown at the top of the bar. Each tool is listed in the diagram with its own color (the colors are the same in each bar for the same tool) and by moving the mouse over a block you can see its details.
Amount of documents by time
This graph shows the amount of documents by period of time according. The time unit and time range of the "time filters" allow you to have a great impact on the data displayed by the graph. The graph can be used to view the generation of documents filled for a particular site, for example, by day or week. In the graph, different tools are displayed in different colors and each column is headed by the total number of documents for that point. More detailed information can be displayed by moving the mouse over the desired color.
Amount of documents by time and site
The last graph is a combination of data from two previous graphs. This graph allows you to compare the number of completed documents for two or more different sites in terms of time. Items are color-coded as separate parts of the columns.
Printing/saving graphs
From Analytics, you can get the graphs out via the three lines in the top right corner of the graph. A drop-down menu opens to open the graph in a new window or save it in a format of your choice.
