Known issues

Updated 3.12.2025

On December 6, 2025, at 18:00 EET, all users will be logged out of Kiwa Impact. If you do not use user integration, users will be redirected to the login page and can log back in.

We recommend saving tools and processes before the logout, as unfinished work will not be saved.

Important Information customers using integrations

User Integration

Due to an update all active api keys will be invalidated and new key needs to be generated by logging in the api user again. If the integration is built in a way that it always logs in before executing and generates a new key, no change will be needed.

New key can be generated using POST /auth/login endpoint (https://kiwa.stoplight.io/docs/instaaudit-api/cf890da142a35-login-user-and-get-jwt-token)

Data Export Integration

All current integrations that only use integration to read data from the API need to change the endpoint that they call from api.kiwaimpact.com to analytics.kiwaimpact.com (Deadline 28.02.2026). After the deadline this is forced.

The monitoring system experienced a critical failure that affected its ability to collect, display, and alert on operational metrics. This led to a temporary manual monitoring to ensure service availability.

During this time system was fully operational.
