Signing in Impact and resetting a new password

This guide will walk you through the process of signing in to Impact and resetting a new password.

To sign in to the Kiwa Impact app, use your web browser at app.kiwaimpact.com. We recommend using Chrome as your browser if possible. When using Impact on a phone or tablet, we recommend using the Impact app version.

For more detailed instructions on how to use the Impact app, please see the separate guide.

Please note that Impact will not automatically sign you out of the system even if you close the page or app. If you wish to sign out of the system or use Impact on a public device, you will need to manually sign out of Impact after use.

Sign in

The first time you can usually log in to Imapct is via the invitation you receive in your email. The next time you log in to Imapct, you can follow the steps below to sign in to the system:

  1. Go to app.kiwaimpact.com in your browser or open the Impact app.
  2. Enter your username. Use your email address as your username.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Finally, press login.

If your organization has a Microsoft O365 login, you can sign in directly via the Sing with Microsoft button. You can find out more information about Microsoft O365 login in the dedicated guide.

Reset a new password

If you have forgotten your password or have not received an invitation email to use Impact. In both cases, you can order a new password from the login page and use it to sign in to Impact. Below are the instructions for ordering a new password:

  1. Go to app.kiwaimpact.com in your browser or open the Impact app.
  2. Click on Forgot Password?.
  3. Enter your email address on the page that opens.
  4. Then follow the instructions in the email message you receive.
