Kiwa ComplyTM version 2.6.2 (2025-01-23) release notes

On 2025-01-23, version 2.6.2 of the Kiwa ComplyTM requirements management software has been released. This version includes new functionality, especially for managing and utilizing document links.

New feature is an overview of the documented information linked to Comply, which helps, among other things, to visualize the documentation required by each standard at a glance. The overview can be accessed from the new icon next to the annual planner icon.

Document link management now includes an internal “clipboard” within Comply for duplicating links, which allows the saved link and its associated information to be easily copied to another document indicator, control, or, for example, to the document links in a requirement.

Copying a document link is started from the icon next to the link, which, when clicked, copies the document link to the operating system’s general clipboard to be used in e.g. browser's address bar, and now also to be pasted into another link field within Comply.
Starting point:

The icon is clicked and a notification about copying to the clipboard appears for a short time:

The link on the clipboard appears as a paste option in other link fields. The internal clipboard is cleared by clicking the black cross:

The management of ISO/IEC 27001 controls' implementations and risk links has been harmonized with other document links. In this case, the copying of document links described above also works in controls, where the same document is typically referenced in several controls.

Also new is the gap analysis report, which can be found behind the “Export PDF” function in the standard-specific view. The report prints all the requirements of the standard in question with their compliance information and notes, thus providing a comprehensive overview of the status of the management system. The report is particularly useful when preparing for an external or internal audit and can be utilized, for example, in the work of an external consultant when conducting a status assessment of the management system.
Document templates that facilitate management system documentation have been added, especially to the standards ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001.
In addition, this version contains minor improvements and fixes: presenting content version information to reflect their changes, a few error corrections, and changes and additions to content texts.
