Training management on the Trainings page

Adding training records and assigning online training to a user can be done from the training page.

Below you will find the steps to add training to a user.

  1. Start adding new training via the Add new button.

  2. Select the training you want to add from the list on the left.

  3. In the middle list, select the user(s) for which you want to add the training. If the user you want to add isn't listed, add a new user from the Users tab on the admin page. Find guide on adding users and managing access rights in a separate guide here.

  4. Finally, add a deadline for completion or a completion date, based on the type of training.

  5. When the training has been saved, you can add a new one from this view or close the window by clicking close in the top right-hand corner.

As an admin, you can edit the due date/deadline set for the trainings on a per-training basis, even after adding them, via the edit button. This way, the training records can be updated every time a training is completed.

In the case of eLearning courses, the training must be re-assigned to the user if it is to be re-completed.
